51 Group Fitness KICK/SCULPT/CORE (Ages 18 +) Your favorite cardio kick box class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Participants need to bring a mat. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "feel happy" workout!
