Learn about the four pillars of health for your children. In this six week program
you will learn which ingredients in food can affect behavior, sleep, concentration,
and energy levels. During the class you will be exposed to six lessons relating to
the foods best for your child. These lessons will be Traffic Light Eating, Portion
Control, Breakfast and Grains, Veggies and Fruits, The Skinny on Fat, and Power
Up with Protein and Play. You will also learn how to keep your child active.

PRIME TIME HEALTH

In four 90 Minute classes you will learn how to insure you are treating your
body right. Learn how your body changes over time, how to reduce the risk
of cancer, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and prevent disease and
unhealthy aging. Learn to boost energy, reduce stress, sleep better and sharpen
your thinking. The four weekly topics are; Open Your Internal Pharmacy, Make
Health Your Hobby, Move Waste from Your Waist, and Live Without Pain and
Inflammation. (4 weeks)
