LITTLE DRAGONS

TRUE HERO
(Ages 4-10)
True Hero is an anti-bullying combative and character building program. It
is a blend of tumbling, traditional and nontraditional martial arts, and a new
form of child self-defense that we call playground defense. We will address
real life scenarios as children dress as their favorite superhero. We learn that
being a hero means that you do not need super powers to be super.

TAEKWONDO
(Ages 4 +)
Taekwondo is a 2000-year-old martial art offering a variety of benefits for people of all ages and physical abilities. Classes are taught by Grand Master Ki Hong Kim
(9th Dan Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters) from Oriental Arts Training Center (OATC). A $45.00 uniform fee is required at the first class. Belt testing is
offered through KH Kim Taekwondo at an additional fee and is held twice a year. All students with colored belts are required to have complete sparing gear.
