A dietitian is like an investigator seeking to learn about your current and desired one-size-fits-all diet advice. After learning about your health history, favorite foods, eating and exercise habits, an RD or RDN will help you set goals and prioritize. Follow- up visits will focus on maintenance and monitoring your progress. To guide and motivate you, Lou Ann Chvatal will use creative and out-of-the-box strategies to help meal planning, grocery shopping, food journaling and mindful eating. This aerobic/ fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "feel happy" workout! Class is formatted with 15 minutes of cardio movement followed by 15 minutes of seated resistance training and balance work. We finished class with 10 minutes of cardio and 5 minutes of stretching. All cardio moves can be done seated in the chairs that are provided. Receive a $24 discount when registering for both classes.
