POWER TONING & ENDURANCE
Try one of our affordable therapeutic massages! It will melt your stress away!
Choose from a 30-minute therapeutic massage for $35, 40 minute massage for
$40, or sign up for a Wellness Massage Maintenance Package, which allows you
to schedule four 60-minute massages in advance for $55 per 1 hour massage. The
1 hour package are payable at the time of each therapeutic session. Why not give

TOTAL BODY CORE STRENGTH
(Ages 15 +)
Do you sit all day at your job? If so, then your muscles (especially your back
and abdominal muscles) are getting weaker every day. Having a strong core is
important in everything that we do. Learn how to gain strength in your abdominal
muscles, without doing a bunch of crunches, with PilatesMat. This class time will
be split between core work and body sculpting with the use of body bars, dumbbells, tubes and bands, as well as stability ball. Instructor will help you modify
exercises from beginners to advanced according to your body needs. Join us on
Saturdays and learn how to gain Total Body-Core Strength. Please bring your own
stability ball on the 3rd week of class.

BEST BODY WORKOUT
CARDIO KICKBOXING
(Ages 18 +)
Your favorite Cardio Kickbox class will be done in an easy-to-follow Boot Camp
style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body
blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both
aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training
with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Participants
need to bring a mat.

A two day program that incorporates cardio, plyometrics, yoga, Pilates, strength
training and more cardio, cardio, cardio. We will set serious fitness goals and work
towards achieving them. Get ready to have your "best body" (weekly weigh-ins
are optional). Sign up for all three days for a perfectly balanced weekly workout,
or sign up for less, to fit into your workout schedule – all you need is a yoga mat!
