ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin and international dance-inspired cardio fitness exercise which
combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. This aerobic/
fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired
exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is based on the
principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know
how to dance to Zumba. It's a "Feel Happy" workout!

An innovative "sit down" exercise class for the beginner to exercise or the
participants with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with
a blend of yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and
isometric types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated and
all movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. You will receive a $38 discount
if you register for both classes.

CARDIO YOGA PILATES
(Ages 18 +)
Get into shape! You will get it all in this class! You will improve your overall fitness;
strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone your legs and arms, firm your core
with pilates, gain flexibility with yoga and improve your balance. Instructor will
use a variety of cardio formats to keep you challenged. Please bring a yoga mat.

STEP & STRENGTH
(Ages 15 +)
This class will be aerobic (step) for the first half hour and sculpt (weight/resistance
training) the second half hour. The hour will be filled with fun, easy-to-follow
cardiovascular conditioning to improve your stamina and strengthening to define
your muscles. The instructor is A.C.E. certified.

TOTAL BODY BLAST
(Ages 18 +)
Shock your metabolism with metabolic conditioning! This class will be fun, safe,
and extremely effective in helping you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
Research continues to support the belief that this type of workout is better for
your body due to the constant changes from cardio to strength and from fast to
faster and then to slow. All four main components of fitness will be addressed:
strength, cardio (speed), balance (core) and flexibility. A variety of equipment will
be used in easy to follow, cardio segments of aerobics, cardio kickboxing or step.
