QI GONG
(Ages 13 +)
Qi Gong is an ancient, gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise system that is both
easy and a joy to do. Many people find it both energizing and deeply relaxing. All
the movements are done naturally and with gentle rocking motions and stretching it helps to improve circulation and digestion, reducing physical tension and
discomfort. The controlled breathing helps reduce stress and anxiety. Qi Gong
helps to regulate heart rate and blood pressure, builds strength and flexibility,
boosts energy and strengthens the immune system. Students may choose to sit
or stand as needed.

Increase lean body mass and burn fat by working the upper and lower body simultaneously. This class will use dumbbells, resistance band, steps and stability balls.
We will challenge balance, core strength, flexibility and mind agility throughout
this class. Participants must bring their own mat to each class and a stability ball to
class the first Monday of the month.
