Survey Indications
Lombard park and recreation facilities
are considered to be in Excellent or Good
condition. Western Acres Club House is
the only facility that was ranked in Poor
condition by a signifi cant percentage of
respondents; however, the majority still
consider the facility in Excellent or Good
condition.
Paradise Bay Water Park is the most often
used Park District facility, with Sunset
Knoll and Lombard Community Building
coming in at second and third most used
respectively. The Administration Building
and Lilacia Park Coach House were the
least used facilities. The Administration
Building is not programmed for
recreational uses, thus making it fall into
the least used category. The Lilacia Park
Coach House is not programmed either,
but this facility could be a programming
opportunity for the District in the future.
