This class time will be split between core work and body sculpting with the use of body bars, dumbbells, tubes and bands, as well as, stability ball. Instructor will help you modify exercises from beginners to advanced according to your body needs. Join us on Saturdays and learn how to gain Total Body-Core Strength. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning.
