Looking to take your cardio and strength training to the next level? Circuit
training drills focus on cardio endurance while also keeping your muscles
loaded for strength training benefits. This class combines athletic-based
drills in a unique and challenging group fitness environment that will keep
you motivated and working hard!

SENIOR FITNESS
(Ages 55 +)
This class is for all fitness levels. Participants will increase strength, range
of motion, balance and mind agility through the use of simple dance
moves to music, use of light dumb bells, resistance bands and balls. This
class is a fun way to stay healthy and fit. Please bring a mat to class each
week.

AGELESS GRACE
(Ages 55 +)
Ageless Grace is a fun, creative, playful exercise program practiced to
music while seated in a chair. This innovative program is composed of
21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease. We lubricate our joints,
strengthen our muscles, exercise our brains, and improve our flexibility,
hand-eye coordination, breath, balance and tickle our funny bones! We
practice barefoot to improve the flexibility and strength in our feet. (Or
wear your favorite socks) Come and experience movement as you did
when you were a kid and feel younger with every workout. It's never too
late to begin.

AGELESS GRACE 4 PARENT/CHILD
(Ages 5 +)
Ageless Grace is a fun, creative, playful exercise program done to music
while seated in a chair. People of most ages and abilities can participate.
Kids, bring your parent or grandparent to play as you exercise your brain
and body and tickle your funny bone! We'll be playing Team Fit and acting
out different sports. In Spelling 'B' we'll spell words in the air with different
parts of our bodies. We use our breath in fun ways when we BREATH Out
Loud. Our spines get some good attention with Spaghetti Spine. Give
your brain a workout with Body Math and Gentle Geometry. Take off
your shoes when you come in so we can give those feet a good workout
too! Children will have to be able to sit in a chair for a 45 minute class.

Maintain flexibility and physical fitness in the Senior Exercise class of
fun loving seniors. You'll maintain muscle tone and develop strength by
working with light weights in the Senior Strength Training class. You may
join these classes at any time! Remember to consult your physician before
beginning physical activity classes.
