SENIOR EXERCISE &
SENIOR STRENGTH TRAINING
(Ages 55+)
Maintain flexibilty and physical fitness in the Senior Exercise class. In the
Senior Strength Training class you'll maintain muscle tone and develop
strength by working out with light weights. You may join these classes at any
time. Remember to consult your physician before beginning physical activity
classes. Instructed is ACE Certified.

PRE-TEEN/TEEN YOGA
(Ages 10-18)
Looking for a comfortable and safe place to participate in Yoga? Feeling
unbalanced, overwhelmed and stressed? Call a friend and join now for a Yoga
class that is just for you! You will learn some Yoga poses, breathing exercises
and ways to relax for every-day life. Bring a mat, water bottle, and get ready
to have fun!

KIDS YOGA
(Ages 8-10)
Keep your child active and flexible this winter! A new class designed to
introduce/continue to foster yoga practice among children who are too old
for a parent child class but too young for pre-teen. Great for focus, flexibility
and core strength. Please bring a yoga mat.
