A very easy to follow intro to exercise perfect for the first time participant or
those wanting to start a workout program again. Strength training, flexibility,
functional moves and balance are the focus of this workout program. No
excuses, let's start together.

STRENGTH 2B FIT
(Ages 15+)
This class will provide participants with increased strength, flexibility, mobility
and over all conditioning. Our goal is to prevent injury and develop a team
workout atmosphere. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

LET'S WALK - GENTLE
(Ages 15+)
Pat is back! She's excited, energized, and ready to workout with you again.
Her walking workouts will be a pace above a stroll so this is the perfect warm-
up for the new participant to fitness or those interested in joining the Begin
2B Fit class that follows. Get your heart pumping, body moving, and enjoy
the fresh outdoors while making new friends who will support and encourage
your efforts toward fitness. Please bring a water bottle and supportive walking
shoes.

ZESTFUL AGING
(Ages 15+)
Physical, cognitive, and emotional health are the focus in this class. We focus
on having fun while getting fit. Modifications are given so activities can be
performed by all participants. Activities are done to a wide variety of music
and each session is different from the last. Not your typical exercise class!
Bring a water bottle and mat. Receive a $30 discount when you register for
both classes this session.

TAI CHI
(Ages 13+)
Through practice your mind can achieve a stillness and clarity rarely
experienced with other forms of exercise; integrating your body, mind and
spirit and helping you to achieve inner peace. This class will help you develop
a harmony with the world on a physical, mental, emotional and ultimately,
spiritual level. Practice can strengthen the immune system, improve posture,
balance, coordination, flexibility and strength, and help reduce blood pressure.

QI GONG
(Ages 13+)
Qi Gong is an ancient, gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise system that is
both easy and a joy to do. Many people find it both energizing and deeply
relaxing. All the movements are done naturally and with gentle rocking
motions and stretching, it helps to improve circulation and digestion, reducing
physical tension and discomfort. The controlled breathing helps reduce stress
and anxiety. Qi Gong helps to regulate heart rate and blood pressure, builds
strength and flexibility, boosts energy and strengthens the immune system.
Students may choose to sit or stand as needed.

TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER
(Ages 18+)
Join Lou Ann Chvatal, personal trainer, for a new workout each week that
focuses on muscle "partners" and specific strength training exercises, as well
as cardio work. She'll pick the exercises and you will decide how hard you want
to work!
