OK GOOGLE WORKSHOP
(Ages 55 +)
Designed as a companion to the lecture series, or as a stand-alone "OK, Google"
workshops are designed to help you get on your device and access all that
Google has to offer. Get a GMail account (the "keys to the Google kingdom")
and explore the world of Google in a fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere. A
limited number of Chromebooks will be available for attendees to use, so don't
let the lack of device ownership keep you from joining us!

SIGN LANGUAGE

Knowing your ABC's is one thing, but did you ever wonder how to sign them?
This is your opportunity to not only learn sign language, but to communicate
with it. This introductory course will teach basic signs and phrases like "good job"
or "you're welcome." Join us as a certified deaf education instructor teaches how
to communicate with someone who is deaf or hard-of-hearing.

CALLIGRAPHY
(Ages 16 +)
Haven't you always wanted to learn this beautiful writing? Your instructor has
20 years of experience teaching calligraphy and has designed a basic course
using dip pen and ink. Students will learn the classic 15th Century Italic alphabet,
together with design application, photocopy techniques, and special projects
like greeting cards and poems. Supplies can be purchased from the instructor on
the first night of class for $12.

VALENTINE CARDS
(Ages 17 +)
Come make winter and Valentine's cards using high-quality StampinUp
materials. This class meets three times so you'll have a nice collection to send
out to brighten people's mailboxes this winter. Supplies fee of $30 due at first
