Helps to strengthen the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and tone the arms. Please bring a yoga mat and towel. It does not require any special skills or advanced conditioning. Walking does not require any special equipment or clothing. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes, comfortable clothing. This program provides a sense of safety by not walking alone, as well as encouragement to walk. Bring water and proper walking shoes. Dress for weather conditions. Class will be inside if weather is inclement.
