This is it! Senior Exercise is moderately- paced with aerobic routines set to music and geared towards active adults. Senior Strength Training focuses on maintaining muscle tone and developing strength by working out to music with light weights, bands, etc. Both classes are a full body workout taught by an instructor with extensive senior fitness teaching experience.
