All four main components of fitness will be addressed; strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. A variety of equipment will be used in an easy to follow, cardio segments of aerobics, cardio kickboxing or step, interspersed with intervals of strength, then followed by a 20-minute segment of abdominal and back work.
