GOLDEN YOGA
(Ages 55+)
Enjoy the afternoon gently opening and strengthening the body! Yoga can
be practiced by anyone—and anywhere! This class will focus on standing
postures and will be adjusted to each person's skill level. This class also
incorporates breathing exercises and final relaxation. Bring your mat, some
water, comfortable clothes and a smile! (6 weeks)

SENIOR EXERCISE & STRENGTH
(Ages 55+)
Maintain flexibility and physical fitness in the Senior Exercise class. In the
Senior Strength Training class you'll maintain muscle tone and develop
strength by working out with light weights. You may join these classes at any
time! Remember to consult your physician before beginning physical activity
classes. Instructor is ACE Certified.

KIDS YOGA
(Ages 8-10)
Keep your child active and flexible. This new class is designed to introduce/
continue to foster yoga practice among children who are too old for a parent
child class but too young for pre-teen. Great for focus, flexibility, and core
strength. Please bring a yoga mat.

YO-CHI
(Ages 15+)
Yo-Chi is a mindful, barefoot fusion program that celebrates the stability of
yoga and the mobility of Tai Chi in both standing and floor-based movements.
The combination of movements challenge the entire body, giving a total-body
workout by the time the class is over. While Yo-Chi is perfect for beginners,
experienced exercisers will benefit as well. No previous experience with
yoga or Tai Chi is necessary. This fusion program provides stability, strength,
mobility, and flexibility as we combine the two oldest mind body programs
that still exist today. Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Yo-Chi is a Silver
Sneakers Flex program.

SENIOR FITNESS
(Ages 55+)
Participants of all levels will increase strength, range of motion, balance, and
mind agility through the use of simple dance moves to music, use of light
dumb bells, resistance bands, and balls. This class is a fun way to stay healthy
and fit. Please bring a mat to class each week.

AGELESS GRACE
(Ages 55+)
Ageless Grace is a fun, creative, playful exercise program practiced to music
while seated in a chair. This innovative program is composed of 21 simple tools
for lifelong comfort and ease. We lubricate our joints, strengthen our muscles,
exercise our brains, and improve our flexibility, hand-eye coordination, breath,
balance, and tickle our funny bones! We practice barefoot to improve the
flexibility and strength in our feet. (Or wear your favorite socks) Come and
experience movement as you did when you were a kid and feel younger with
every workout. It's never too late to begin. Ageless Grace is a Silver Sneakers
Flex Program.
