54 Group Fitness SENIOR EXERCISE (Ages 55 +) Looking for a friendly fitness class? This is it! Senior Exercise is moderately- paced with aerobic routines set to music and geared toward active adults. Senior Strength Training focuses on maintaining muscle tone and developing strength by working out to music with light weights, bands, etc. Both classes are a full body workout taught by an instructor with extensive senior fitness teaching experience. Participants purchase a punch card, good for either class and used only when classes are attended. You may join at any time. Consult your physician before registering.
