55 Group Fitness CHAIR YOGA (Ages 18 +) Do you often feel weak and tired? Do you experience low energy and physical limitations? There is no age limit for reaping the benefits of yoga. We will be doing yoga seated and standing poses next to a chair to address movement and balance limitations. This class will focus on improving your range of motion, strength, flexibility, concentration, coordination, balance, posture, alignment, and breathing. Join us and share the wisdom of Yoga. Participants will be responsible for bringing their own yoga sticky mat, yoga straps and yoga blocks. Instructor is certified in 200 hours Hatha Yoga. Instructor is ACE Certified.
